The Canary Islands Holidays

The Canary Islands has six major islets and seven islands, namely the Lanzarote, Gran Canaria, Tenerife, Fuerteventura, La Palma, Gomera and Hierro. Their northern-most perimeter is situated 29? & 25? N and their southern-most perimeter is 27? & 38? N. Their highest altitude is 3,718 meters, Peak of ‘el Teide’ on ‘Tenerife’.

What more? Fuerteventura has the best and magnificently fine sandy beaches in the Canaries. Only a hundred miles or less than that separates Fuerteventura from the Africa. There are many more large fine sandy beaches nigh to ‘Puerto Rosario’ the capital of Fuerteventura. Also, there is ‘Lanzarote Island’ which has an astonishing landscape. And it is of volcanic origin, akin to the other Canary Islands. What’s so beautiful about this island is many of its parts are covered with ashes and lava that make it look like the facade of the moon. However of all the islands ‘La Palma’ is the slightly urbanized island in the Canaries that receive charter flights from the United Kingdoms and is also the most westbound. Its immaculate landscape is incredible for Canaries walking holidays.

The Canaries on the whole have something for everyone, from the clubbing of neon lighted resorts and karaoke to the enchanting beauty of small fishing villages, and the tranquility and peacefulness of white-washed mountain peak hamlets. With its abundant heavenly beaches of fine sand and hot & sunny temperature all round the year - it makes a perfect holiday for families, friends and loving couples.
